On July 24, the UNP Steering Committee, with a renewed composition, held its first meeting.
The meeting focused on planning the platform’s strategic activities, including the organization of a strategic session and public events.
The group also discussed conducting a survey among platform members who participated in the recent URC conference in Gdańsk, to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement in future participation in the conference, in particular regarding the upcoming event in Tallinn.
The meeting considered the appeal from the EU Delegation to Ukraine to Ukrainian civil society organizations regarding the Consultation on the EU country assessment for Ukraine under the Global Europe Instrument (2028–2034). It was decided that the WG coordinators should hold express consultations (online) in their working groups and prepare a generalized vision of the UNP experts.
After reviewing the package of documents, the UNP CC accepted the following as members of the UNP:
- Center for Effective Communication (WG2. Economic integration and rapprochement with EU policy).
- NGO “Institute of Social Research “Maidan” (WG 5. Social and labor policy and social dialogue).
