UNP welcomes a new member of Working group 2 “Economic integration and coherence with EU policy” the Centre Effective Communication.
Centre Effective Communication focuses on three strategic priorities.
The first is the localization of European integration processes. The Center moves from informing communities to directly supporting local government decisions that meet the standards of the EU acquis.
The second is preparing communities to harmonize local policies with EU standards. The organization scales a proven strategic planning model through the formation of a sustainable network with common methodologies and verified documents that meet the principles of RBM and EU cohesion.
The third is the development of capacity to work with European funding instruments. The organization supports local government and civil society organizations at all stages of the project cycle, preparing them to independently submit applications for EU structural funds and other EU mechanisms.
As the Center notes:
Our story began in 2008 with volunteer projects and youth initiatives. We were just young, full of ideas and faith in change. We organized charity events, brought a holiday to children and gathered like-minded people around us through cultural projects. During this time, many changes have occurred in the organization, as in Ukrainian society in general. Someone grew up and continued their journey outside the organization, someone stayed from the first days, and someone joined only recently.
Today we are a team of experts who are behind the strategic documents of communities, programming and administration of grant programs, development of local self-government and digital transformation in communities.
Our mission today is to provide conditions for the development of civil society, activists, communities and communities, on the basis of inclusion and gender equality, promoting the processes of development of democracy, local self-government, participation and digital transformation, implementing project management tools, as well as reforms.
We hope for fruitful further cooperation!
