The UNP Steering Committee of the on March 11, 2026, held an online meeting dedicated to forming the list of delegates to the Forum for 2026-2028 from Ukraine and determining priority areas for initiatives within the framework of the project “Support for the UNP Activities in 2025-2026”.
The following draft Agenda was proposed for consideration:
- Results of voting for candidates for delegates to the Forum. Formation of the final list of delegates (voting results, compliance with quotas)
- thematic priorities of the UNP WG initiatives for 2026
- UNP Conference 2026
- other
The UNP Secretary provided information to the members of the UNP SC about the results of the vote by the EU Delegation to Ukraine, the Forum WG coordinators, and the results of the vote by the UNP members.
68 organizations registered for the Forum delegate from Ukraine. This is the largest figure among all EaP countries. The Forum Secretariat provided the lists of registered organizations and the results of the vote by the EU Delegation to Ukraine and the Forum WG coordinators.
The UNP Secretariat organized a vote by UNP members for Forum delegates, which lasted from February 26 to March 9, 2026. 47 UNP member organizations, representing all UNP WGs, participated in the vote.
Members of the UNP SC formed a list of 20 candidates for Forum delegates for the period 2026-2028 from Ukraine, adhering to quota requirements and rules.
Members of the UNP SC planned to hold the next meeting in Truskavets on March 18-19 and determine priority areas for WG initiatives for 2026 and discuss the preparation of materials for the UNP Conference, which is scheduled for May-June.
