
On December 17, 2025, the Steering Committee of the UNP EaP CSF held an online meeting, which was devoted to discussing the plans and priorities of the UNP for 2026.
The following draft Agenda was proposed for consideration:
Results of activities in 2025, plans for the beginning of 2026.
Elections of Forum delegates
Planning of the UNP Conference and elections of the UNP CC.
Admission of new members to the UNP
Plans and priorities of the UNP for 2026.
The members of the SC of the UNP presented the plans and priorities for their working groups for 2026.
Platform priorities for 2026:
- Advocating for the opening of negotiation clusters.
- Monitoring and supporting European integration processes in Ukraine.
- Taking part in shaping the post-2027 Eastern Partnership policy, advocating for the inclusion of Ukraine’s reconstruction and European integration priorities.
- Advocating for stronger international support for Ukraine, particularly for EU membership in member states.
- Deepening engagement with civil society organisations, government, business, and the expert community to bolster Ukraine’s resilience.
- Building the capacity of civil society organisations and uniting their efforts around UNP to achieve the platform’s strategic goals.
Maryna Gutgarts, Secretary of the UNP, told about the possibilities of the “Support of the UNP 2025-2026” project – what can be planned and what are the financial possibilities for 2026.
The members of the UNP SC decided that it is worth planning to hold the National Conference in May-June 2026 in an online format.
Members of the UNP Steering Committee discussed the round of election of delegates to the Forum and the UNP Steering Committee for the period 2026-2028. National Coordinator Ruslan Havrylyuk briefed the meeting participants on the rules, quotas and deadlines of the election process.
The group discussed the selection of delegates for the Forum. The process is expected to be completed in April, followed by elections for the new Forum Steering Committee in June.
It was decided that the coordinators of the UNP WG will activate the members of the groups to actively vote and disseminate information.
After reviewing the package of documents, the UNP CC unanimously accepted the following as members of the UNP:
- WG 1. Democracy, human rights, good governance, and stability – NGO Volyn Institute of Law
- WG 1. Democracy, human rights, good governance, and stability – U8 Ukrainian Analytical Center NGO
- WG 3. Environment, climate change, and energy security – NGO Sustainable Development Agency SYNERGY
- WG 4. Contacts between people – Blagomay Charity Fund
