We present you the UNP priorities and Operational Plan for Activities for 2025.
The priorities of activity for the Ukrainian National Platform of the Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum (UNP EaP CSF) for 2025 have been determined based on the following Platform documents:
- The Statute of the UNP EaP CSF
- The UNP EaP CSF Strategic Development Plan for 2024–2026
- The UNP EaP CSF Advocacy Strategy for 2024–2026
- The EaP CSF Strategy for 2022–2030
The UNP EaP CSF (hereinafter referred to as the Platform), like Ukrainian society as a whole, is making every effort to ensure Ukraine’s victory in the context of Russia’s full-scale war against Ukraine by promoting Ukraine’s European integration through the tools of civil society within the framework of the Eastern Partnership (hereinafter referred to as the EaP). The Platform is a network of more than 150 civil society organisations advocating for the interests of Ukrainian society within the framework of the EaP initiative. The strategic goal of the Platform for 2024–2026 is to serve as a network of proactive civil society organisations (CSOs) working together to achieve post-war recovery and to facilitate Ukraine’s accession to the EU.
Additionally, four strategic goals of the Platform have been defined for this period:
- advocacy for Ukraine’s EU membership;
- development of proposals for transforming the Eastern Partnership policy;
- enhancing synergies among CSOs to strengthen post-war recovery processes;
- strengthening the capacity of the UNP.
Platform priorities for 2025:
- Facilitating Ukraine’s European integration processes, including the initiation and advancement of negotiation clusters.
- Participation in shaping Eastern Partnership policy for the post 2025 period and advocating for the inclusion of Ukraine’s recovery and European integration priorities into the policy.
- Advocacy for strengthening international support for Ukraine.
- Strengthening the engagement with civil society organisations, as well as authorities, businesses, and expert communities, to support Ukraine’s recovery.
- Enhancing the capacity of civil society organisations and uniting their efforts around the UNP to achieve the Platform’s strategic goals.
The UNP operational plan was prepared by Ruslan Havryliuk, National Coordinator UNP EaP CSF, and discussed with the UNP members.
