The meeting of WG5 “Social and labor policy and social dialogue” of the Ukrainian National Platform of the Civil Society Forum of the Eastern Partnership took place.
On the agenda was a discussion of the issues of participation of local self-government bodies in social dialogue.

- Initiatives from WG5. Implementation and problems.
- Delegation from GR5 of a representative to the Supervisory Board.
Head of the All-Ukrainian independent trade union “Labor Protection” Oleg Vernyk:
The participants of the meeting expressed a common opinion on the need to reform the outdated law of 2010 “On social dialogue in Ukraine” towards its modernization and taking into account the latest administrative and territorial reform, which significantly increased the role of territorial communities.
During the meeting, the priority areas of work and initiatives from WG5 for 2023 were outlined, and the delegation of Viktor Khmilovskyi from WG5 to the Supervisory Board of the project “Support to the UNP 2021-2023” took place.
