On 12 December 2022, EaP CSF Director Ana Furtună represented the Forum at the Eastern Partnership Foreign Affairs Ministerial meeting, which gathers Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the EU Member States and partners.
During the meeting, Ana stressed the importance of engagement with civil society to ensure continuous and sustained advancement of the rule of law and reforms, calling on EU steady support for both the voice and the work of democratic civil society organisations, by funding their work, increasingly in the form of core support, by acknowledging and endorsing their calls for action, and by further including us in all platforms for dialogue, both in the EaP, but also in the Enlargement agendas.
