On September 29 and 30, the public organization “Women’s Consortium of Ukraine” (UNP WG1) together with the Center for Social Research of Sumy State University held strategic sessions “Gender Aspects of Social Stability” with the participation of representatives of civil society, state and non-state institutions and organizations.
During the event, the results of the study “Gender Aspects of Social Stability” were presented (based on the collection and analysis of data in the territorial communities of Kyiv, Lviv, Mykolaiv and Sumy during May-September 2022). Scenarios for the development of territorial communities and mechanisms for supporting vulnerable groups of women and men under martial law were also discussed. Mechanisms of development of social stability of a person in the community were discussed using the crash test method.
In the future, 2 more sessions of strategic sessions are planned with the participation of specialists from institutions providing social and administrative services and Ukrainian refugees who have gone abroad.
