On July 12, a joint emergency meeting of WG2 and WG 5 was held in online format dedicated to the discussion of a common position on the adoption of the Resolution, which was developed as part of a joint meeting of participants of WG2 and WG5 of the Forum, which took place on June 30.
At the meeting, the participants decided that the text of the resolution should be revised, because in this form and wording it cannot be supported by the members of WG2 and WG5 of the UNP. We recognize some points as relevant, some – not. “In a few days, we will finalize and send our comments to the text of the resolution and present a separate opinion of WG2 and WG5 of the UNP. We insist on the attachment of this separate opinion of WG2 and WG5 of the UNP as part of the resolution of the joint meeting of WG2 and WG5 of the Forum” – stressed the participants of the meeting.
